Lake Las Vegas is a premier residential, golf and resort destination situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake that features 10 miles of shoreline and a depth of 150 feet at its deepest point. Within the 3,592-acre master planned community are a range of residential offerings, two challenging golf courses, and three world-class hotels.

Project Objective

Design and develop the Lake Las Vegas website and email marketing campaigns that engage with potential visitors to participate in Lake events and register their interest to purchase a home within one of the master planned communities.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

  • Design brand guidelines.
  • Define brand Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Locate and target audience.
  • Complete competitor audits to differentiate the Lake Las Vegas brand.
  • Build a database of leads and continue to engage through automated email campaigns.
  • Drive traffic to lead capture pages from social media.
  • Design and development Lake Las Vegas website.
  • Present Lake Las Vegas as the premier Vegas destination beyond The Strip.
  • Work with builders to facilitate the marketing of their new model homes.
  • Engage with the target demographic to participate in Lake events, golf, vacations, shopping, and other Lake amenities.
